The Program Manager acts as a technical advisor for Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) design on the CIHS project across multiple countries. They are responsible for developing MEAL systems, managing data analysis, ensuring donor compliance, and fostering relationships with project stakeholders.
NOTE: This is a remote-global role. The hiring team is considering candidates wherever CRS is registered to work at. CRS does not sponsor visas for remote employees.
The Pay Range referenced in this job announcement only applies to applicants who perform the job within the US and to applicants classified by CRS as International Assignees. Staff hired on local payroll would follow the respective Country pay range. Pay Range
$71,349 - $88,085 Annually

CRS is seeking candidates for an anticipated project which will be funded by the Department of State. The overall objective of the project is to deliver cost-effective, high-quality integrated malaria, maternal and child health, health systems strengthening, infectious disease preparedness and response programming, with a clear and time-bound plan to sustainably transition program activities to national and sub-national government and stakeholders.
Job Summary
The Program Manager I acts as a technical advisor and process lead for quality Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) design on the Continuity of Integrated Health Services (CIHS) project, a multi-country initiative supporting Guinea, Liberia, Mali, and Togo. Manage tools and recommend methods appropriate to scope, context, and technical requirements of the CIHS project. Coordinate MEAL activities, maintain relationships with partners and other project stakeholders to support project objectives and advance Catholic Relief Services’ (CRS) work serving the poor and vulnerable. Utilize technical MEAL skills and knowledge to manage and analyze data, ensure donor compliance, and support learning initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and the delivery of high-quality programming in the country program.
