The Product Operations Analyst will monitor escalation queues to maintain application integrity and investigate platform issues through technical troubleshooting. They will also partner with cross-functional teams to surface operational insights and identify opportunities to improve the product experience.
This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys digging into problems, working with data, and connecting the dots between what our customers experience and what our product teams build.

WHO YOU ARE
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
Monitor Escalation queues: Maintain the data and functional integrity of the Teikametrics application by following up on internal requests in a timely manner.
Solve problems: Own and investigate platform issues through technical troubleshooting and ensure they are clearly documented and communicated directly until full resolution.
Connect across teams: Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to communicate issues, insights, and updates.
Improve the product: Identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities to improve product functionality, internal processes, and the customer experience.
Champion the customer: Develop a deep understanding of the in-app customer experience and bring the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering.
