Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together

As a Process Improvement Consultant, you’ll serve as both a subject‑matter expert and a strategic change agent, driving standardization, leading new‑product and implementation projects, and championing continuous‑process enhancements across the organization.

 

What you’ll do

  • Lead process‑standardization initiatives – evaluate current workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and design repeatable, best‑practice processes that increase efficiency and quality.

  • Own end‑to‑end project delivery for new products, system implementations, and major change programs, ensuring schedules, milestones, and deliverables stay on track; proactively alert stakeholders when risks arise.

  • Conduct requirements analysis and solution design – work with business owners and technical teams to translate business needs into streamlined, standardized processes and supporting tools.

  • Develop and maintain a repository of process assets – create process maps, SOPs, templates, and reporting dashboards that enable consistent execution and knowledge sharing.

  • Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration – partner with operations, IT, product, and compliance groups to align process changes with technology enablement and regulatory requirements.

  • Measure and report improvement outcomes – define key performance indicators, collect data, and present results that demonstrate value‑add (e.g., cycle‑time reduction, error‑rate decline, cost savings).

  • Coach and mentor team members – provide guidance on Lean, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

  • Support change management – develop communication plans, training materials, and rollout strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.

You have…

  • Bachelor's degree (any field, though Business, HR, Finance, or related fields are preferred)

  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Comfort working both independently and as part of a team

  • Familiarity with healthcare or group benefits concepts

  • Experience with project coordination or administrative support roles

  • Knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools, or advanced Excel functions

  • Customer service or client support experience

  • Professional certifications in HR, benefits, or related fields

  • Experience working in a consulting or client services environment

  • Understanding of compliance requirements in benefits administration

  • Bilingual capabilities
