We're seeking a dynamic IT Professional to join us in leading initiatives and projects for companies across the United States. In this role, you'll work hand in hand with our team members and client teams, leveraging your expertise to deliver impactful solutions for our clients and contribute to our growth trajectory.


Role & Responsibilities:
  • Work with customers to understand their goals and create plans to deliver regarding schedule, cost, and resources.
  • Work with the team’s resources to track progress, develop transparent reporting processes, and manage and mitigate risks or issues as they arise.
  • Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards while representing the firm to the client.
  • Developing client relationships, growing new client opportunities, and assisting or in some cases leading the sales process for new business.
  • Inspire, drive, and support the continuous development of your team members by providing guidance, mentoring, and opportunities for professional growth, ensuring they reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization's goals.

Hard Skills - Must have:
  • Experience leading client accounts, building successful client relationships, growing new client opportunities, and delivering on promises.
  • Managing revenue and margin for client accounts.
  • Willingness to perform multiple roles in a fast-moving, customer-oriented environment.
  • Ability to decompose complex business problems and lead a team in solving them.
  • Leading the sales process for new business and potentially new clients.
  • Actively take on initiatives to help build company processes, recruit new talent, and develop new strategic business service offerings.

Soft Skills / Business Specific Skills:
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external teams.
  • Ability to influence clients and teams to the preferred outcome.
  • Self-starter skilled in developing structure in ambiguous environments.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
