Discuss in detail the configurations required for custom demo workflows that reflect real-world use cases and meet industry and customer needs.
Configure custom demo presentations using low-code technology to align with customer needs based on detailed requirements.
Ensure that demo data, automation, and user interface components provide a realistic user experience.
Create reusable demo components, templates, and workflows to simplify future presentations.
Provide technical support for customer questions and inquiries.
Collaborate with product and solution consulting teams to refine demo capabilities and answer customer questions.
More than one year of documented experience as a pre-sales engineer/junior business analyst/customer service expert/business development representative, etc.
Experience working with the following systems: CRM, marketing automation, workflow systems, etc.
Basic knowledge of English.
Analytical skills.
Independence and planning.
Knowledge of the Zoho environment.
