About the role -
As a PreSales Solutions Consultant, you will be in a customer-facing role, and be responsible for helping both developers and non-technical users make the best use of our platform. You will also help manage and prioritize prospect/customer queries and follow through with the execution and resolution of any production incidents.
You will partner with our Engineering, GTM teams and other cross-functional teams to provide the highest level of assistance and be a subject-matter expert to our clients around the world, particularly in India, the largest WhatsApp market.
This role will be supporting the US timezone (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST).
