Power Platform & Copilot Studio Engineer

About The Opportunity

Netrix Global is looking for a client-facing Power Platform / Copilot Studio Engineer to deliver business applications, workflow automation, and conversational agent experiences across the Microsoft ecosystem.

This role will design and build solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, and enterprise APIs. The engineer will work with business and technical stakeholders to translate processes into maintainable low-code solutions while clearly explaining platform limitations, governance requirements, and custom-code boundaries.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on delivery expertise with strong process analysis, workshop facilitation, and solution ownership skills. Success means reducing manual effort through governed, reusable, and supportable solutions.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead client discovery sessions to analyze business processes, clarify requirements, and identify the appropriate low-code or agent solution approach.
• Build Copilot Studio agents, Power Apps, and Power Automate workflows integrated with Dataverse, SharePoint, and external systems.
• Design and implement REST API integrations, custom connectors, Power Fx logic, and authentication patterns.
• Package and deploy solutions across environments using appropriate ALM, security, and governance practices.
• Configure Dataverse security, Power Platform environment controls, and agent authentication in coordination with client administrators.
• Create reusable components, connectors, documentation, support runbooks, and handoff materials.
• Troubleshoot cross-platform issues involving data, identity, connectors, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Facilitate demonstrations, end-user training, governance coaching, and pre-sales or proof-of-concept (POC) sessions.
• Collaborate with AI, Microsoft 365 (M365), Full-Stack, and DevOps engineers when requirements extend beyond low-code capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors, and SharePoint integration.
• Experience with REST APIs/custom connectors, Power Fx, solutions, environment deployment, and Power Platform security.
• Working knowledge of Entra ID fundamentals and authentication concepts.
• Strong business process analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to explain low-code trade-offs and support client-facing discovery, estimation, and delivery.
• Power Platform ALM, deployment pipelines, or Azure DevOps.
• Microsoft Graph, Adaptive Cards, Teams integration, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and AI Builder.
• Dataverse security and agent authentication.
• Exposure to PCF Controls, TypeScript/JavaScript, Power BI, Azure OpenAI, RAG fundamentals, Fabric, or Dynamics 365.
• Maintainable and governed low-code solutions.
• Reduced manual effort and faster process execution.
• Reusable connectors, components, and deployment patterns.
• Supportable Copilot Studio experiences with clear ownership and documentation.

Work Schedule: This is a client-facing role. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in client meetings, discovery sessions, demonstrations, delivery reviews, and issue-resolution discussions during the assigned shift.

Standard Shift: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM India Standard Time (IST), equivalent to 2:30 AM to 11:30 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST). During U.S. daylight saving time, the equivalent schedule is 3:30 AM to 12:30 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).
