About the Role
GP Strategies is The Learning Velocity Company™—a global leader in workforce transformation helping the world’s largest organizations build capability, accelerate performance, and grow through their people. Our buyers are senior leaders in HR, Talent Development, and People & Culture at Fortune 500 companies across the US, UK, and Europe.
We are looking for a Portfolio Marketing Manager who sits at the intersection of product marketing, technology storytelling, and GTM strategy, owning the go-to-market motion for GP AIQ+, our flagship AI-powered platform, and driving positioning across the broader AI and innovation portfolio.
This is a product marketing role for someone who thinks in positioning and launches, not just campaigns. You will architect the messaging, own the market narrative for AIQ+, stay close to the product roadmap, and partner with Digital, Content, and Sales teams to bring it all to market. You operate independently and connect every asset you touch to a clear strategic purpose. If you have marketed complex technology products to enterprise buyers and you write with precision and strategic intent, this role was built for you.
Key Responsibilities
GP AIQ+ and AI Innovation Go-to-Market
- Lead the GTM strategy and execution for GP AIQ+ and the broader AI innovation portfolio, partnering closely with the Senior Director, Portfolio Marketing to shape the strategic framework and owning delivery end to end
- Own the GP AIQ+ market narrative—translating complex AI platform capabilities into clear, compelling stories that resonate with enterprise HR, Talent, and L&D buyers
- Develop and maintain positioning architecture, messaging hierarchy, and value propositions that differentiate GP AIQ+ in a competitive and rapidly evolving market
- Partner closely with Innovation and Technology teams to stay ahead of the GP AIQ+ product roadmap—translating upcoming capabilities and feature releases into market-ready narratives before launch
- Own GP AIQ+ product launch motions—from positioning brief to campaign activation—for platform updates, new capabilities, and go-to-market announcements
- Connect GP AIQ+ go-to-market activity to revenue and pipeline outcomes—tracking how positioning, launches, and campaigns drive pipeline generation and demonstrating fluency in marketing-influenced ROI
Messaging Architecture and Strategic Content
- Architect campaign messaging frameworks, positioning documents, and launch briefs that serve as the strategic foundation for all downstream content execution
- Produce strong strategic baseline copy—including messaging guides, narrative frameworks, campaign themes, and sales narratives—that TL/Content Strategy and Brand execute from
- Partner with RevOps to build sales enablement content including battlecards, solution briefs, pitch narratives, and talk tracks that equip the sales team to position AIQ+ effectively
- Surface customer proof points and referenceable client stories, partnering with the Senior Director and Global Client Partners to build a steady pipeline of advocacy assets
- Support analyst, influencer, and industry association relations for the GP AIQ+ and AI innovation space—supplying messaging, briefing materials, and positioning input that ensure GP Strategies is represented accurately and compellingly
Product and Buyer Intelligence
- Conduct ongoing buyer and market research—including customer interviews, prospect conversations, and persona framework development—to continuously sharpen GP AIQ+ positioning
- Lead competitive analysis for the AI and learning technology landscape, developing positioning frameworks and battlecards that give the sales team a clear edge
- Monitor the AI innovation landscape and enterprise buyer behavior to surface timely positioning opportunities and inform the product roadmap partnership
- Develop and maintain ICP and buyer persona frameworks for the GP AIQ+ market, grounded in research and commercial intelligence
Campaign Strategy, Channel Orchestration, and Events
- Partner with Digital/ABM on integrated campaign strategy and execution—briefing into the execution layer with clear messaging, audience definition, and channel direction across paid media, ABM, email, and content syndication
- Support ABM initiatives with GP AIQ+-specific messaging and content for named account targeting
- Partner with the Global Events team on GP AIQ+-specific conference strategy, field event content, and activation—ensuring GP’s presence at industry events reflects the AIQ+ positioning and GTM narrative
- Own your campaign workload end to end—managing project coordination in Asana and SharePoint and keeping work moving through the review and approval process
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Innovation and Technology, RevOps, Digital/ABM, TL/Content Strategy, and Global Events to drive integrated GTM execution
- Communicate proactively across functions—managing up to the Senior Director and across peers with clarity and reliability

- Demonstrated product marketing experience—including development of GTM motions, product launches, positioning architecture, and sales enablement content
- Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for enterprise buyers
- Fluency in connecting marketing activity to revenue and pipeline outcomes—comfortable with pipeline attribution, ROI frameworks, and using commercial data to sharpen GTM strategy
- Strong understanding of competitive positioning methodology, buyer research, and market intelligence
- Demonstrated fluency with AI tools as a strategic accelerator—critically evaluating output, applying brand voice, and using AI to increase quality and speed
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above) with a demonstrated ability to independently produce polished, strategic copy. All content, reporting, and communication is conducted in English. Writing samples will be requested from all finalists
- Fluency in how demand generation and campaign operations work—sufficient to brief, coordinate, and integrate GTM strategy with the execution layer
