Identify, negotiate, and sign partnerships with poker clubs, hosts, agents, master agents, and unions across target markets, then support onboarding and community migration to the platform. Grow partner activity and revenue by monitoring commercial performance, developing accounts, and sharing regional and partner insights.
Location: Fully remote — global opportunity
Market focus: South America and Asia
Package: Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission linked to revenue generated
Our client is a growing online poker business looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to build partnerships with poker club owners, hosts, agents and unions.
This opportunity will suit someone who understands how private poker communities operate and can turn industry relationships into new business. You’ll approach prospective partners, negotiate commercial agreements and support them in bringing their communities onto the platform.
Our client is particularly interested in candidates with strong networks in South America and Asian poker markets. Expertise in one relevant market is valuable; experience across both is not essential.
Club and agent partnerships will be a core part of our client’s growth strategy. You’ll take ownership of developing this channel, identifying the right partners and building a compelling commercial case for working together.
You may already work in poker business development, manage an agent network or run a club yourself. What matters is your ability to win partnerships, develop relationships beyond your existing contacts and demonstrate the revenue your work generates.
An existing network of club owners, agents or players would be a significant advantage. Portuguese language skills are particularly relevant for Brazil-focused candidates; appropriate local language skills are valuable for Asian markets.
We welcome applications from commercially active club owners and master agents interested in moving into an employed business development role, as well as candidates already working for poker platforms.
You’ll sign productive club and agent partnerships, help those partners establish activity on the platform and grow their commercial contribution over time.
We’d like to understand the relationships you have personally developed, the size and activity of the communities you work with, and the revenue you have helped generate.
Interested? Apply through Bullfinch for a confidential conversation. Tell us about the poker communities you know, the partnerships you’ve built and the commercial results you’ve delivered.
