To maintain deep client connectivity, lead by example, and ensure practical application of best practices, the Vice President is expected to remain actively engaged in client delivery, maintaining partial billability through direct project leadership, executive client engagement, project launches, and strategic delivery oversight. Through this balance of practice leadership and client execution, the VP ensures exceptional value delivery, sustainable business growth, and the continued evolution of Project Farma’s project management capabilities.
