FluentBuddy is looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Part-Time Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Performance Marketing Specialist at FluentBuddy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including search engine marketing, social media advertising, and display advertising. Your work will directly impact our user base and help drive the growth of our language learning platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates and conversion rates
  • Optimize campaigns based on data analysis and insights
  • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in campaign performance
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing

Requirements

  • Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and display ad networks
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
