Aria InsurTech is a technology company building the all-in-one platform that independent mortgage protection agents use for lead generation, direct mail campaigns, back office software, and training. Our founders, former high-performing agents, built and ran a $1 million/month agency with only 56 writers at 87% persistency before shifting focus to create the infrastructure they wished had existed: Aria.

 

We are carrier-agnostic—not an IMO, and we do not take overrides on agent production. We are not a lead vendor that disappears after the sale. Instead, we provide the full stack any serious independent agent needs to grow, with no carrier ties or downstream obligations.

 

Over 4,000 independent agents now build their businesses on Aria. We are a 20-person team with real revenue and a proven product. We’re looking for someone who wants to own and drive one of our most critical growth functions—not just fill a seat.

 

The Role

As Partnership Manager, you will own Aria’s affiliate and partner ecosystem. This is our highest-leverage growth channel and earns significant returns on every dollar spent. Today it is managed by hand—your mission is to build the systems, manage the relationships, and expand the network of high-level partners and affiliates who bring agents to Aria. You’ll report directly to the CEO.

 

Responsibilities

Partner Acquisition

  • Identify, reach out to, and build a pipeline of prospective partners across the country—focusing on those with active mortgage protection agents.

  • Lead all outreach, manage conversations, and close new partner relationships (not cold calling random agents—these are influential partners able to bring teams at scale).

 

Partner Onboarding & Activation

  • Oversee onboarding of every new partner, collaborating with AEs and operations to develop effective co-branded onboarding.

  • Ensure agents are placed into the right product flows and are set up for success from the start.

  • Your job is done when partners’ agents are buying, succeeding, and staying active.

 

Relationship Management

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with all partners in the ecosystem, conducting monthly check-ins with top partners, monitoring their team’s performance, and proactively supporting those who need help.

  • Manage the affiliate program for individual agents, keep a live leaderboard, and recognize top performers.

 

Program Development

  • Work with leadership to build and refine the affiliate status ladder, quarterly contests, and annual recognition programs.

  • Gather field feedback and drive program improvements.

  • Own the affiliate dashboard from the partner side and communicate requirements to the dev team.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a relationship-driven sales or partnerships role measured by partner results, not just deal count.

  • Solid understanding of insurance distribution models—how agencies, uplines, and hierarchies work.

  • Highly organized and self-managing, tracking your own pipeline, follow-ups, and metrics.

  • Direct communicator—able to speak credibly with senior industry partners.

  • Comfortable working in a growing company, building and refining processes as you go.

 

Results & Milestones

  • 90 days: 10 partner conversations in progress; 3 fully onboarded partnerships with active agent engagement; affiliate dashboard feedback delivered to devs.

  • 6 months: 15 active partners with producing teams; affiliate channel revenue climbing; 30-day retention of partner-sourced agents surpassing 60%; first quarterly recognition program launched.

  • 12 months: 30+ active partners; substantial and growing affiliate revenue; full status ladder operational; repeatable partnership SOP documented.

 

Compensation

  • Base salary: $60,000–$75,000 depending on experience.

  • Commission: On revenue generated by the partners and affiliates you recruit and activate.

  • Performance bonus: Linked to partner activation rates and 30-day agent retention.

  • Total first-year compensation: $90,000–$160,000+ for those who excel in the role.

  • Role based in Miramar, FL. Remote candidates with relevant experience considered.
