Your tasks:

For our customers in the Netherlands, we are looking for a motivated Key Account Manager to drive strategic customer development and implement Plansee’s sales and growth strategy in the market.

  • Responsible for key account management in the Netherlands, including customer development, sales planning, execution of business strategies, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and new business potential

  • Building, maintaining, and expanding long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs to deliver tailored, value-adding solutions

  • Monitoring market trends, customer developments and competitor activities in the Netherlands. Provide input to the global customer team and collaborate in creation of account and market strategies.

  • Independently plan and lead customer visits, business reviews, technical and commercial discussions. Successfully execute account and global pricing strategies.

  • Ensuring effective communication, consistent priorities and smooth information flow across all parties to maintain close alignment with internal stakeholders and project teams.

Your profile:

  • Ideally, a technical background combined with proven experience in sales and key account management, in an industrial B2B environment

  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills, with the ability to build sustainable relationships and act as a trusted partner to key accounts

  • Strong negotiation and sales skills, a structured and entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to manage complex customer situations with confidence

  • Confident and dynamic appearance, strong interpersonal skills

  • Language skills: Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus
