💼 About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact between our clients and prospective customers. Your role is to generate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting while building meaningful conversations with decision-makers.

You'll work directly with experienced sales leaders, receive ongoing coaching, and have the opportunity to grow your career within a fast-growing technology company.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

📞 Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn

📅 Book qualified meetings with C-level executives and key decision-makers

💬 Qualify inbound leads and identify new business opportunities

🤝 Build relationships with prospective customers and uncover their business needs

📈 Collaborate closely with Sales Executives to generate pipeline

🎯 Consistently meet and exceed activity and performance goals


What You’ll Need:

✔️ Native or near-native English proficiency

✔️ 2+ years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience

✔️ Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills

✔️ Experience booking meetings with decision-makers

✔️ Experience using HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, or similar platforms

✔️ Strong curiosity, coachability, and desire to build a long-term career in sales

✔️ Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) is preferred

✔️ Ability to travel to the United States for trade shows is a plus

 


📌 Job Details:

  • Full-Time Contractor position
  • 100% Remote (Open to candidates based in Mexico & LATAM)
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT (1-hour lunch break)
  • Fast-paced outbound sales environment focused on appointment setting and pipeline generation
