Who We Are

AstroLabs is the largest business expansion platform in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf's leading platform for high-growth companies expanding into the Saudi and UAE markets.

Over the last decade, we've enabled more than 1,500 global ventures to set up and grow in the Gulf, partnering with leading government entities and private-sector organizations.

Our Professional Services team supports companies throughout their growth journey, from establishing and maintaining their legal entities to managing their workforce and ongoing corporate service requirements.

Your Mission

As a Portfolio Manager based in Lebanon, you will be the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of corporate clients operating in Saudi Arabia, across our Entity and People (HR, GRO & PRO) services.

Your mission is to ensure clients receive exceptional service, remain compliant, renew their engagements, and continue growing with AstroLabs.

You will engage with clients remotely through regular meetings, calls, and digital communication, while working closely with our Saudi-based delivery specialists and commercial teams to ensure commitments are fulfilled, issues are resolved, and growth opportunities are captured.

This is not simply a coordination or customer support role. You will take commercial and relationship ownership of your portfolio, with direct accountability for client satisfaction, retention, renewals, and revenue growth.

What You'll Do

Client Relationship & Portfolio Management

  • Own end-to-end relationships with an assigned portfolio of corporate clients across Entity and People services.

  • Act as the primary point of contact, building trusted, long-term relationships through structured remote engagement, regular check-ins, and proactive communication.

  • Understand each client's business needs, operational priorities, and upcoming milestones to anticipate requirements.

  • Maintain structured account plans, monitor portfolio health, and proactively address risks affecting client satisfaction and retention.

Client Retention, Renewals & Revenue Growth

  • Take ownership of client retention and renewals, identifying risks early and developing action plans to protect recurring revenue.

  • Identify and progress upselling and cross-selling opportunities across AstroLabs' Entity and People services.

  • Work closely with the Commercial team on pricing, proposals, and strategic growth opportunities while remaining the primary relationship owner.

  • Develop and regularly review account growth plans to increase recurring revenue and expand client engagement.

Service Delivery Coordination & Compliance Oversight

  • Coordinate remotely with Saudi-based Entity and People Delivery teams to ensure services are executed accurately and on time.

  • Monitor service delivery against agreed SLAs, client commitments, and regulatory deadlines.

  • Maintain visibility over each client's compliance status through internal reporting and specialist updates, ensuring risks are identified and addressed proactively.

  • Ensure government portal activities, documentation, and other specialist execution tasks are assigned to the appropriate delivery teams.

  • Track upcoming renewals, company registration milestones, employee-related requirements, and other service deadlines.

  • Identify recurring service delivery issues and work with the relevant teams to implement sustainable improvements.

Client Escalations & Risk Management

  • Act as the primary escalation point for clients, taking ownership of complex issues until resolution.

  • Coordinate with relevant specialists and delivery leads to resolve bottlenecks, delays, and service failures.

  • Keep clients informed through clear, timely communication, particularly when issues require cross-functional coordination.

  • Maintain accurate records of escalations, resolutions, and recurring risks.

Portfolio Planning & Internal Collaboration

  • Maintain a structured daily priority list across accounts based on urgency, SLA risk, and commercial impact.

  • Anticipate client demand related to renewals, hiring, employee terminations, and company milestones.

  • Collaborate with Delivery, Finance, and Commercial teams to align client expectations with operational capacity.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, portfolio reports, and account plans to support informed decision-making.

  • Use reporting tools, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to improve portfolio visibility and service efficiency.

How Success Is Measured

Your performance will be measured through:

  • Client Retention: Achieving a renewal rate of 90% or above across ongoing accounts.

  • Client Satisfaction: Maintaining an NPS above 8.5.

  • Portfolio Health: Maintaining healthy client relationships, compliance visibility, and proactive risk management.

  • Revenue Growth: Consistently growing monthly recurring revenue (MRR) across your portfolio.

  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Progressing at least two growth opportunities with Commercial each quarter.

  • Service Delivery: Maintaining 95% SLA adherence across client requests.

  • Escalation Management: Ensuring 100% of escalations are tracked and resolved through the agreed process, with fewer than two material errors per quarter.

What You Bring

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in B2B account management, client success, or portfolio management, ideally within corporate services, professional services, consulting, outsourcing, or other recurring-revenue businesses.

  • Demonstrated experience independently managing a portfolio of corporate clients, with accountability for relationship quality, satisfaction, and retention.

  • A proven track record of managing renewals, identifying upselling opportunities, and growing revenue from existing accounts.

  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to identify client needs and translate them into opportunities for additional services.

  • Experience coordinating multiple internal teams to deliver services and resolve complex client issues.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly when managing clients and stakeholders remotely.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and competing priorities.

  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and digital collaboration tools.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, Law, or a related field.

  • At least 4 years of relevant client-facing experience in a B2B services environment.

  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
