As a Remote Operations Manager, you'll help support the day-to-day performance of a virtual client-services organization while developing and mentoring professionals within your team.
Your responsibilities will span three primary areas:
Client Experience | Team Development | Operational Performance
You'll lead by example—working directly with clients while helping developing representatives improve communication, organization, productivity, professionalism, and overall performance.
Coach, mentor, and support remote representatives
Assist with onboarding and development of new team members
Conduct virtual coaching and performance-development sessions
Help establish individual and team performance goals
Track progress and identify opportunities for improvement
Provide constructive feedback and accountability
Support representatives in strengthening client-service skills
Recognize achievements and encourage continued development
Foster a positive, collaborative, performance-focused virtual culture
Conduct scheduled client appointments through Zoom and phone
Help individuals and families understand available benefit options
Identify client needs through professional conversations
Explain products and coverage options clearly and accurately
Assist clients throughout applications and enrollment
Provide ongoing client service and follow-up
Help resolve questions and concerns professionally
Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Help monitor individual and team activity and performance
Maintain accurate digital documentation and client records
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and follow-up activities
Identify opportunities to improve productivity and client experience
Utilize CRM systems and virtual business technology
Help ensure adherence to company procedures and applicable requirements
Collaborate with leadership on team development and growth initiatives
