Member Support Agent (WFH)

Join a remote team where communication, service, and professional development come together. In this role, you’ll work directly with individuals who have expressed interest in learning more about available benefit options and are looking for guidance.

Rather than spending your day making unsolicited calls, you’ll focus on scheduled conversations with people who have already shown interest. Your responsibility is to understand what they’re looking for, provide clear information, answer their questions, and guide them through the next steps.

Your Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective and existing members by phone and video
• Schedule and manage virtual appointments
• Learn about each member’s needs and discuss available options
• Provide clear explanations of benefits, services, and enrollment information
• Guide members through online applications and required documentation
• Follow up after appointments and assist with additional questions
• Maintain organized and accurate client records
• Participate in virtual meetings, training, and coaching sessions
• Build positive, professional relationships with the people you assist
• Work toward personal and team performance objectives

Who We’re Looking For

Previous industry experience isn’t necessary. We provide training and ongoing support to help you become comfortable with the role.
