We are searching for a highly motivated PropTech Onboarding and Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for our new real estate agent and broker clients. You will be responsible for implementing our clients' agents and brokers on their suite of PropTech tools and ensuring they are comfortable and confident using them in their daily operations. Responsibilities: • Conduct onboarding sessions for new real estate agent and broker clients, providing in-depth consultation on their PropTech tools and platform. • Troubleshoot any technical issues clients may encounter during the onboarding process. • Provide ongoing support to clients after onboarding, ensuring they are maximizing the value of their tools. • Stay up-to-date on the latest PropTech trends and ensure support materials are current. Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience in the real estate industry. • Proven experience working with and implementing PropTech tools. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. • Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in troubleshooting software issues. • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Proactive approach to client management and problem-solving. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools and technologies. Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 yearly
