In this role, you will: 

• Lead communication workstreams for large-scale transformation initiatives, including technology, process, organizational, and cultural changes.
• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies, plans, and campaigns aligned with change objectives.
• Create executive-level communications, presentations, talking points, newsletters, stakeholder updates, FAQs, and employee-facing content.
• Partner with change management, project management, and business leaders to identify communication needs and opportunities.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments and tailor messaging for diverse audiences across the organization.
• Develop communication calendars, channels, and engagement strategies to support program milestones.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder meetings to gather feedback and drive engagement.
• Measure communication effectiveness through surveys, feedback mechanisms, and adoption metrics.
• Provide strategic counsel to executives and leadership teams on change communications and employee engagement.

• Support business development activities, proposals, and client pursuits as needed.

   

Who You Are: 

• 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, strategic communications, internal communications, or related consulting roles.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Strong executive communication and presentation development skills.
• Experience developing communication strategies for technology, digital, ERP, HR, or operational transformation programs.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience working directly with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
