Helprise is an organization that combines global reach with local talent. We work for companies that value quality, partnership, and responsibility, creating teams that really work. By precisely matching skills and business needs, we connect specialists with projects where their knowledge has a real impact. By joining us, you become part of an environment where matching is not a coincidence, but a decision.

The Project Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery coordination across complex, multi-stream technology initiatives, ensuring alignment between business stakeholders, IT teams, product teams and external partners. The role focuses on integrated planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, governance, reporting and delivery readiness across the full project lifecycle. Acting as a central point of coordination, the Project Manager will translate detailed delivery information into clear plans, actionable insights and timely escalations, ensuring transparency and accountability across all workstreams. The ideal candidate combines strong technology project management expertise with a proactive, structured and collaborative approach, confidently challenging assumptions and driving delivery outcomes in a dynamic, international environment

YOU WILL

  • Establish and maintain a single integrated programme plan covering product, business, platform, market-wave, testing, deployment and hypercare activities, ensuring clear milestones, critical paths and delivery forecasts.
  • Coordinate complex, multi-stream delivery across global and local IT teams, business stakeholders, category teams, product groups, technology platforms, and external partners, while maintaining clear accountability at the workstream and market levels.
  • Identify, document, and actively manage cross-project and adjacent-platform dependencies, ensuring roadmap conflicts, sequencing constraints, and delivery impacts are surfaced and resolved promptly.
  • Define and operate effective delivery governance, including governance forums, RACI, named decision owners, escalation routes, decision logs, action tracking and reporting calendars.
  • Own delivery control across scope, milestones, RAID, quality assurance, testing readiness, deployment readiness and Hypercare preparation, ensuring that gaps and deviations are identified early and addressed through actionable recovery plans.
  • Coordinate resource and capacity planning, demand prioritization and delivery sequencing across workstreams and market waves, highlighting constraints and presenting options to support informed decisions.
  • Reconcile Jira data, workstream plans, milestone forecasts and RAG statuses into accurate, consistent and concise executive-level reporting, providing senior stakeholders with clear insights, decisions required, trade-offs and recommended actions.
  • Facilitate business-to-IT translation and alignment, ensuring that business requirements, solution design, delivery scope, testing outcomes and market-readiness criteria remain connected and traceable throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Monitor progress against agreed baselines, challenge unsupported assumptions, validate the completeness and quality of delivery plans, and hold accountable owners to their commitments.
  • Coordinate readiness assessments for testing, UAT/UVT and market deployment waves, ensuring agreed entry and exit criteria are met, and material readiness gaps are escalated before approval to proceed.
  • Facilitate timely decisions by tracking outstanding requests, monitoring decision lead times and escalating unresolved risks, dependencies, resource constraints and scope conflicts to the appropriate governance level.
  • Maintain a strong delivery focus in a fast-paced and evolving programme, working independently while fostering collaboration, transparency, continuous improvement and constructive challenge across all stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing large-scale technology development and deployment projects, ideally involving multiple markets, global and local delivery teams, complex platforms, and external partners.
  • Strong expertise in integrated planning, milestone and critical-path management, cross-workstream dependencies, RAID management, testing coordination, deployment readiness and delivery recovery planning.
  • Proven ability to coordinate highly complex, multi-stream delivery without undermining or replacing the accountability of individual workstream leads, market teams or functional owners.
  • Experience establishing or operating delivery governance, including clear ownership, decision logs, escalation mechanisms, action tracking, reporting cadences and effective stakeholder forums.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to reconcile detailed delivery information from Jira and workstream plans into accurate, consistent and decision-oriented executive updates.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technology requirements and maintain alignment between requirements, solution design, scope, testing and deployment outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively across organizational levels and communicate complex delivery topics clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive, independent and autonomous working style, with a strong sense of ownership, a can-do attitude and the ability to anticipate issues rather than simply report them.
  • A collaborative, agile and adaptable mindset, with the flexibility and creativity to identify compliant alternative solutions in response to changing priorities and delivery constraints.
  • Confidence in constructively challenging assumptions, identifying missing activities, holding owners accountable and driving timely resolution of risks and delivery issues.
  • Strong quality orientation and attention to detail, ensuring the integrity of plans, status reporting, readiness assessments and delivery forecasts.
