Cydcor is a leader in outsourced sales and has been helping Fortune 500 and emerging companies achieve their customer acquisition, retention, and business growth goals. Cydcor has garnered a reputation for sales excellence and expertise, consistently exceeding client expectations and driving revenue growth, to become one of the most trusted names in outsourced sales.

This is a sales leadership role at its core. We're looking for a driven, competitive sales professional, someone who has carried a number, closed deals, and led a team to hit targets, and who now wants to bring that same hunger to managing a national account. You'll be the right hand of our Canadian market, specifically our Retail, Residential, and B2B campaigns, acting as the critical link between the business, our client, and our sales force. The ideal candidate is a player/coach who leads from the front: comfortable rolling up their sleeves and selling alongside the team one day, and thinking strategically about the business the next.

Role Responsibilities

• Acting as a liaison between our Fortune 500 clients and our sales force in a way that grows and improves relationships

• Delivering results through executing against goals, including getting out in the field yourself and selling alongside the reps

• Training and coaching our sales force on both product and sales process in a fun and engaging way

• Pro-actively identifying issues that may arise and working to quickly find a winning resolution through problem-solving, collaboration, and creativity

• Acting with integrity and holding our sales force to a high level of sales quality

• Collaborating both internally and externally to execute with excellence

• Communicating clearly and effectively across a diverse range of stakeholders

• Managing to a budget and regularly consulting with your P&L to ensure you are delivering on scorecard metrics

• Successfully launching new sales offices, ensuring they are plugged into all client and Cydcor support systems and are trained in product knowledge, sales processes, and systems/procedures through organizational agility

• Ensuring that sales offices and reps consistently represent the client accurately and with quality

• Driving sales office performance, meeting client and campaign goals for profitability and growth in a way that grows relationships and trust

• Execution of campaign initiatives, driving and handling follow-up support

• Providing regular feedback to management on the status of sales offices and action plan updates

• Field leader; capable of meeting campaign sales and quality standards and coaching/mentoring reps, peers, and possibly direct reports to do the same

• Strong judgment and business acumen. Knowing when to take action, when to escalate things, and having a sixth sense for assessing business risk and growth opportunities

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in related field/equivalent work experience

•5+ years of direct sales experience required, with a strong preference for candidates from B2B, door-to-door, or residential sales backgrounds

•5+ years of leading, coaching, or mentoring a sales team, ideally in a quota-carrying, target-driven environment

•Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets, whether as an individual contributor or through a team you led

•Retail store management experience is a plus, but not required, direct or field sales leadership is the priority background for this role

•Experience with budgets and budget planning

•Experience driving revenue through indirect sales teams (vendor or distributor partner management experience an asset)

•Experience with process improvement and consulting

•Bilingual (French) is a plus, but not a requirement

•Excellent communication skills

•Passion, Edge, Energy, Execution, and Charisma

•Proven Student Mentality

•Proficient with Microsoft Products

•Experience managing a P&L

•Valid passport required; while travel will be primarily within Canada, there may be occasional travel to the US 1 to 2 times per year

Working Conditions

This is a remote position. Candidates located on the East Coast of Canada are strongly preferred, particularly bilingual candidates in Montreal or Toronto.

• Travel within Canada (30-35% of the time)

Benefits

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • 100% remote flexibility (with travel to client sites/events)
  • Opportunity to work with top national brands
  • Career growth in client services, experiential marketing, and program management
  • Exposure to cross-functional teams (finance, operations, field leadership)
  • Competitive pay + benefits package
