Hourly, Inc. is seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to join its growing team. As a PM, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of product strategies, managing product lifecycles, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading software solutions.
The ideal candidate will be a results-driven individual with a track record of success in developing and launching innovative products in the software industry. You should have a deep understanding of product development and the software development process, as well as a passion for creating products that solve real-world problems.

Responsibilities
- Translating the company's vision into a structured roadmap and prioritized backlog.
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
- Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development decisions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure product success
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize product features and drive the product roadmap
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to inform product decisions
- Define and monitor key performance metrics to measure product success
Requirements
- Be located in the United States of America
- 5+ years of experience in product management in the software industry
- Experience in the Payroll industry
- Proven track record of delivering successful software products
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
