Responsibilities: • Calculate income and assets and have an understanding of how to structure a loan • Stack and submit clean, organized, and complete files • Request clear conditions and communicate incredibly well with borrowers, underwriters, and realtors • Partner with loan officers to ensure loans are structured correctly and comply with underwriting guidelines • Managing the loan pipeline, and ensuring timely completion of documentation. • Maintain effective communication and provide regular updates to clients, real estate agents, and attorneys involved in the loan process. • Deliver exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues during the loan process Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience as a Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Processor, Loan Officer, or similar position • Ideally mortgage broker channel experience • Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator a plus, or willingness to become licensed • Ability to calculate income and assets and structure loans effectively • Deep knowledge of Fannie, Freddie, FHA, and VA guidelines • Familiarity with DU and LP • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others Compensation: $85,000+
