Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products by overseeing all stages of the software development lifecycle.
- Promote and enforce best practices in software development, ensuring the team's adherence to high coding standards.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, facilitating their professional development.
- Regularly review and evaluate the team's performance, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience leading and growing a team of mobile engineers.
- Wealth of experience building world class mobile applications in iOS, React Native and any hands on full stack web experience would be great
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A results-driven mindset, with the ability to set and achieve ambitious goals.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
