Base salary + commission accelerators
OTE: $120,000, with the opportunity to exceed target earnings

Hubexo North America is growing, and we are looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to help us win new customers, build pipeline and create commercial growth across the construction technology market.
This is a quota-carrying sales role for someone who enjoys prospecting, running demos, progressing opportunities and closing deals. You will use a modern sales tech stack, work closely with your manager and collaborate with colleagues across the business to turn customer problems into clear, valuable solutions.
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle across your assigned territory. You will identify high-value prospects, create new opportunities through outbound activity, run regular demos and move deals through each stage of the sales process.
You will be expected to prospect consistently through cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach. You will build and maintain a healthy pipeline, keep prospects engaged through thoughtful follow-up and use data to understand what is working.
This role suits someone who is commercially driven, disciplined and motivated by results. You will be supported with coaching, tools and clear expectations, but you will need to bring the activity, curiosity and ownership needed to succeed in a growing sales team.
Construction businesses need reliable information and practical software to help them understand opportunities, make better decisions and improve how they work.
Your role is to help new customers understand where Hubexo can create value for their business. By opening the right conversations, running strong demos and progressing opportunities with discipline, you will help Hubexo grow while helping customers solve real problems in the construction market.
