Our therapists are  psychodynamically trained clinicians whose work  integrates interpersonal, attachment-based therapy, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based approaches. 


  • Completion of an APA-approved doctoral program in clinical or counseling psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) and an APA-accredited internship.
  • Doctoral level written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience and training in Evidence-Based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT.
  • Must hold a limited permit to practice in New York state.
  • A strong desire for personal and professional growth within the field of psychology.
  • Enthusiasm for learning the operations of private practice in a group setting that values support, collaboration, and respect.
  • Excellent clinical and organizational skills, self-motivation, and a proactive attitude.
  • Requirement to obtain professional malpractice insurance prior to starting.


  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing, preferably within a mental health or healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in billing software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Strong understanding of ICD-10 and CPT coding, as well as insurance guidelines and regulations related to mental health services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
