About the Role
This is a ~5-month contract (September through January).
The Marketing Operations Specialist will manage email marketing and program execution to drive demand and support Bullhorn's growing customer base. Reporting to the Director, Marketing Operations, this person will partner closely with the Marketing team to execute flawless campaigns, build out database lists aligned to buyer personas, and run structured A/B testing across email and landing pages to continuously improve campaign performance. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once with minimal ramp time.
A Typical Day Will Include...
Managing Bullhorn's email marketing campaigns end-to-end, executing flawlessly and on time
Building and segmenting contact lists accurately, mapping them to the correct buyer personas
Running ongoing A/B tests to optimize campaign performance and reporting out on results
Partnering with the Marketing team to ensure campaign messaging and branding are accurate and on-brand
Coordinating cross-functionally with Support and Product teams to ensure client communications reach the right contacts, on time
Supporting event operations to maximize success and ROI
This Role Is a Fit for You If...
You have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications
You have 2-5 years of hands-on experience in an email marketing role at a B2B company
You're proficient with a marketing automation platform (Marketo strongly preferred)
You have strong written and verbal communication skills paired with solid analytical ability
You have exceptional attention to detail and can juggle multiple projects against tight deadlines
You have experience with CRM software (Salesforce a plus)
Experience with HTML is a plus
You're able to ramp quickly with minimal onboarding, given the contract timeline
The hourly rate range for this position is $28 – $43/hr., based on experience.

The posted range represents the good-faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. Actual pay within the range will be based on factors such as, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business or organizational needs and affordability.
