Marketing / Growth Operator

You'll own paid acquisition and the funnel for a US small business, from ad to booked call. Every result is measured in leads, cost per acquisition and revenue.
What you'll do: • Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn. • Own the funnel: landing pages, forms, email nurture and follow-up automation. • Set up and maintain tracking (GA4, pixels, UTMs) and clean CRM attribution. • Report weekly on spend, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates and next changes. • Run A/B tests on ads, offers and pages. • Use AI tools for copy, creative variations and analysis. • Work directly with the founder on goals and budget.

Requirements

• Must have: • 3+ years managing paid media for US businesses. • Proof of results: accounts, spend levels and outcomes with real numbers. • Hands-on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and a CRM/email tool (HubSpot, Klaviyo or Mailchimp). • C1 English, comfortable presenting results on calls. Nice to have: local services, med spa, B2B or financial services; Webflow or Unbounce; Zapier. Top of range: $100K+/month spend managed, full-funnel ownership, documented CPA reductions.

Benefits

• $20,000–30,000 USD/year ($1,800–2,600/month) base plus potential commission. Full-time, remote, US business hours. Plus performance commission paid on qualified leads, booked calls or revenue from your campaigns; structure set per client.
