Marketing & Content Manager
Location: Remote (with occasional travel to events)
Reports to: Director of Operations
Who We're Looking For
Elite Worldwide is looking for a hands-on marketer and content creator who can combine creativity with marketing strategy and analytics.
This is not a role for someone who primarily writes blogs, manages paid ads, analyzes marketing data, or directs others to create content. We need someone who has personally created engaging social content and short-form video, understands how to build and execute marketing campaigns, is comfortable working inside HubSpot, and can measure whether those efforts are generating qualified leads and revenue.
We're also looking for someone who takes ownership and makes things happen. We don't micromanage. We give talented people room to do great work, but we set a high bar, expect results, and hold each other accountable. If you're a self-motivated, hard-working marketer who thrives with autonomy and loves building, creating, and improving, you'll fit right in.
The right person is equally excited about creating a great social post or short-form video, building a campaign in HubSpot, testing a new marketing idea, and digging into the numbers afterward to understand whether it worked.
If you love creating, publishing, experimenting, measuring results, and finding new ways to get a brand in front of the right audience, this may be the role for you.
Applicants should be prepared to provide examples of social media content and short-form video they have personally created.
About Elite Worldwide
Elite Worldwide is a coaching, consulting, and training company that helps independent automotive shop owners grow their businesses, build world-class teams, and live better lives. With programs for one-on-one coaching, peer groups, sales training, and leadership training, Elite is recognized as a leader in automotive business growth and leadership development.
We are a group of passionate people. We make a difference in our clients' lives, and that fuels us. We live each day by our guiding principle of always putting people first, and we thrive on making an impact.
We're an ambitious company, hungry for growth, and we need a proven Marketing & Content Manager to help accelerate that growth.
Role Overview
As Elite's Marketing & Content Manager, you'll own our marketing engine from awareness through qualified lead generation. You'll identify opportunities, develop marketing strategies, create and execute engaging content and campaigns, measure performance, and continuously improve our efforts so more shop owners discover Elite.
This is a hands-on role that blends creativity with data. Social media and content creation will be a major focus. Elite already has a strong social following and a large email audience, and we want someone who is excited to engage, grow, and better leverage those audiences through consistent, creative marketing.
You'll work closely with our Sales team and Director of Growth & Development to stay connected to what our market is telling us: what's getting attention, what prospects care about, what objections we're hearing, and which messages are resonating. You'll use those insights to continually sharpen our messaging, content, offers, and campaigns.
You'll also be expected to think ahead. Know what's coming on Elite's calendar and proactively build marketing around events, speaking engagements, program launches, holidays, industry happenings, and other opportunities to keep Elite relevant and visible. We don't want to have to tell you what to market next. We want you helping us see the opportunities.
Marketing owns generating awareness, attracting prospects, and nurturing qualified opportunities. Sales owns converting those opportunities into clients. You'll be expected to know what's working, what's not, and confidently answer questions like:
- Where are our best leads coming from?
- What campaigns are generating qualified opportunities and revenue?
- What content and messaging are resonating with our audience?
- Where should we invest more?
- What should we stop doing?
Ultimately, your job is to drive qualified leads through the door. You'll do that by making Elite more visible, creating content people want to engage with, leveraging the audience we've already built, and continually measuring and improving what works.

- Own Elite's content strategy and publishing calendar.
- Proactively identify and capitalize on marketing opportunities such as holidays, company initiatives, events, speaking engagements, and industry trends.
