Weave is looking for a strategic Marketing Automations Manager to lead the operational engine of our marketing department. In this role, you will act as a seasoned practitioner at the intersection of marketing strategy and technical execution, ensuring our technology stack scales as fast as our business. As a key technical driver within our team culture, you will architect and manage the systems that power our lead lifecycle, database health, and complex nurturing programs. You will join a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your work directly impacts pipeline growth and executive visibility.

Reports to: Marketing Director

What You Will Own

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Administration: Serve as the primary architect and administrator for SFMC, managing automation studio workflows, Journey Builder sequences, and data extensions.

  • Salesforce Core Alignment: Manage the integration between Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM to ensure seamless data flow, lead routing, and campaign attribution.

  • Lead Management & Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end lead management process, including lead scoring models, status mapping, and automated routing to the Sales team.

  • Database Segmentation: Develop and maintain a rigorous database segmentation strategy to enable personalized communications for prospective leads and existing healthcare providers.

  • Performance & Data Integrity: Monitor system health and data cleanliness, ensuring marketing activities are accurately tracked and reported for leadership visibility.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Demand Generation, Sales Operations, and Data teams to align technical workflows with broader business objectives and product launches.

  • Team Member Training: Train and enable internal team members with the knowledge and skills they need to build journeys and email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job

  • 7+ Years of Marketing Operations Experience: A proven track record of managing enterprise-grade marketing technology stacks in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise: Strong technical experience with SFMC (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio). SFMC certifications are highly preferred.

  • Salesforce CRM Skills: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including a solid understanding of objects, flows, and reporting workflows.

  • Foundational MarTech Coding Skills: Proficient in writing SQL for database segmentation and data manipulation, alongside hands-on experience using HTML and CSS to customize dynamic email layouts and resolve rendering issues across email clients.

  • Lead Management Experience: Experience building and optimizing lead lifecycles, from initial digital capture to sales hand-off.

  • Data Evaluation Skills: Ability to translate complex platform data into written insights and clear operational improvements.
