SUMMARY

We're looking for a Total Rewards Leader to support our compensation, equity, retirement programs, and total rewards strategy. You'll partner closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to shape programs that help us attract, retain, and reward the people who make our staffing business run from internal associates to the talent we place every day.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES 

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Manage compensation programs, including market benchmarking, salary structures, job evaluation, pay equity analysis, and annual compensation planning.
  • Support the Company’s 401(k) plan and support related audits and compliance requirements.
  • Support and lead a team of individual contributors to ensure seamless administration and delivery of Total Rewards programs. 
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders to improve processes, systems, and the overall employee experience.
  • Champion a culture of wellbeing and recognition by creating, communicating, and enhancing
  • Optimize HR systems and processes to provide seamless access to Total Rewards programs, reduce manual intervention, and enhance employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state employment laws, regulations, and reporting requirements related to compensation, equity, and Total Rewards programs.
  • Develop service level agreements to establish a results-driven service model, serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, and oversee quality assurance.
  • Identify opportunities, lead automation, and efficiency initiatives and projects.
  • Ensure business continuity through cross-training and process documentation of key processes for all benefit areas.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and recordkeepers.
  • Develop and maintain regular reporting on compensation, equity, and various Total Rewards programs and compliance requirements.

CORE KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS

  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex Total Rewards concepts into clear, compelling insights and build alignment across diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Proven ability to leverage data, market intelligence, external benchmarks, technology and systems to inform strategy, drive innovative program design, optimize total rewards programs and enhance the employee experience.
  • Experience using AI tools (Claude) and other AI tools specific to Total Rewards a plus
  • Strong knowledge of applicable benefits and compensation regulations
  • Proficiency in Excel, HRIS platforms, and compensation management tools is required.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE 

  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • 6+ years of Total Rewards experience, compensation and equity analysis experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • CEBS, CCP, CBP, SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or similar certification is a plus.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will directly manage small team of individual contributors.

Salary Range: $112,000 - $134,000 annually, depending on experience and geographic location plus eligibility for an annual bonus, subject to plan terms.

Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.
