The Manager, Telecom Automation Operations leads a team of AI Support Administrators to oversee incident resolution and business optimization for telecom automation systems. They are responsible for establishing operational KPIs, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring platform reliability through effective support models.

Job Description:
The Manager, Telecom Automation Operations is responsible for leading a dedicated team that supports the organization's Telecom-related Automation Operations. This role spans both break/fix incident resolution and business optimization initiatives, ensuring the Automation Operations operate reliably and continuously deliver measurable value to the Telecom business unit.

This role reports directly to the Telecom Ownership leadership and manages a team of AI Support Administrators. The Manager will collaborate closely with Telecom business units, IT, and AI platform vendors.
Annual Salary Range: $120,000-$130,000/year, with a generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match.
