Location: Remote - This position may be performed remotely in states where the company is authorized to employ individuals.

Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $104,000 - $131,000, with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $104,800 - $157,200. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, or other incentive compensation in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan of up to a 15% Bonus Target.

Employment Logistics: 

The Manager of Revenue Compliance is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and governance of pricing, contracts, and revenue-related system configurations across OnTrac. This role leads contract validation, pricing system setup, audit processes, and revenue compliance oversight while partnering closely with Pricing, Finance, Sales, Legal, Operations, and Internal Audit.

This position plays a critical role in safeguarding revenue by ensuring customer agreements and pricing updates are accurately translated into systems, monitored, audited, and maintained in alignment with contractual terms and internal policies.

The Must-Haves: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4–8 years of experience in a related field
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or Monday.com
  • Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence or Notion
  • Experience working cross-functionally and driving alignment without direct authority
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

 

Your Mission in Motion: 

A summary of key responsibilities for the role is outlined below. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support business objectives.

  • Contract review & database management: Review customer contracts for pricing terms, SLAs, rebates, and billing structures; translate contract terms into structured formats for implementation; maintain a centralized, version-controlled, audit-ready contract database; and partner with Legal, Sales, and Pricing to resolve ambiguities or inconsistencies.
  • Pricing setup & system governance: Oversee and validate pricing-related configurations across internal systems, including GRI updates, contract SLAs, rebates, new customer setup, existing customer modifications, discounts, incentives, and service terms.
  • Implementation accuracy & approval controls: Ensure pricing changes are aligned to approved timelines, policies, contract terms, calculation logic, trigger conditions, go-live requirements, and documented approval processes.
  • Audit & compliance oversight: Conduct regular audits of pricing configurations, contract setups, and system changes; validate that system pricing matches contractual agreements and approved modifications; and develop audit frameworks, controls, and reporting to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Finance, Internal Audit & compliance partnership: Partner with Finance and Internal Audit teams to support compliance initiatives, audits, revenue governance, and issue resolution.
  • Revenue leakage & discrepancy investigations: Lead investigations into revenue leakage, billing discrepancies, and customer disputes; analyze root causes of pricing errors or system misconfigurations; and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Reporting, dashboards & leadership insights: Develop reporting and dashboards to track pricing accuracy, implementation timelines, compliance trends, and revenue leakage risks, while supporting leadership with data-driven recommendations.

  • You build and enforce structured, audit-ready processes and governance.

The salary range above represents the national range for this position. The salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at OnTrac, and the actual base salary offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to: Geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, job-related skills and competencies, market alignment, and financial considerations. 

 

Compensation decisions are made based on the specific circumstances of each hire to ensure fair and competitive pay.
