Responsibilities:
  • Ensure complete and accurate loan records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Process loan payoffs efficiently and issue necessary documentation for borrower requests.
  • Generate and distribute recurring notices across all product lines, including billing statements and maturity notices.
  • Prepare and verify loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform precise data entry in Salesforce, updating loan details and maintaining data integrity.
  • Provide clear, professional customer service by addressing loan-related inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Conduct regular audits of loan files to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Reconcile payments and process financial transactions with a high level of accuracy.
  • Support financial reporting and compliance efforts by updating reports for partners and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, loan origination, and accounting teams to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Assist with daily reconciliations and documentation of deposits, new loans, and loan transfers in QuickBooks and Excel.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in loan servicing, loan documentation, or a related financial role.
  • Proven ability to work with precision in a highly structured, detail-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with general ledger balancing and common banking transactions.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other loan servicing software is a plus.
