Position Summary
Deblin Health Concepts is seeking compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) licensed in Texas to provide high-quality behavioral health services across the Greater Houston area. This 1099 contract opportunity offers clinicians the flexibility to build a practice that fits their preferences, with the option to provide services in-office, in the community (home-based), via telehealth, or any combination of these settings. Therapists will provide individual and group counseling to children, adolescents, and adults while supporting positive mental health outcomes through comprehensive, person-centered care. The ideal candidate has at least two years of clinical experience and enjoys working with diverse populations, including pediatric clients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual and group counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults in office-based, community-based, and/or telehealth settings.
Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
Complete ANSA/CANS assessments to support level-of-care determinations for adult and child populations.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with organizational, state, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with clients, families, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support treatment goals.
Monitor client progress, update treatment plans as needed, and provide appropriate interventions to promote positive outcomes.
Participate in case consultations, multidisciplinary team meetings, and clinical supervision activities as applicable.
Provide clinical guidance and support to case managers when assigned.
Adhere to ethical standards, professional licensure requirements, and organizational policies and procedures.
Foster a compassionate, person-centered therapeutic environment that supports healing, recovery, and overall well-being.
Qualifications & Requirements
Active Texas Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license required.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing behavioral health services.
Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults in outpatient, community-based, or telehealth settings preferred.
Ability to complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
Spanish-speaking skills preferred.
Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation required for community-based services.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Demonstrated cultural competence and commitment to providing inclusive, client-centered care.
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHRs), telehealth platforms, and standard computer applications.
