The Role


Join Veeva as we innovate life sciences training.  As the Learning Strategy Consultant, LearnGxP, you will be responsible for supporting the sales, implementation, and strategic consulting processes around Veeva’s accredited GxP eLearning library for customers in Life Sciences. As one of the members of our LearnGxP team, you will be required to understand our customer’s training needs, matching content and training technology solutions that best address the customer’s vision. 

 

This role is seeking a leader with an understanding of the global life sciences industry, online learning, and curriculum development space. In this role, you will lead demonstrations that showcase customer solutions, facilitate relationships with key customer stakeholders, support marketing efforts, and provide support for customer implementations, including the creation and presentation of training optimization plans. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Strategy and will be responsible for and involved in all sales support initiatives put in place to enable rapid growth of the eLearning solutions within Veeva.

 

This is a work-anywhere, full-time permanent role with Veeva. Our work processes are designed so that you can be productive in the environment that works best for you. This is a customer-facing role, and we have no work location requirement if you are in close proximity to an airport and able to meet future travel requirements.

What You'll Do
  • Analyzing and understanding customer requirements
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts to ongoing success and mature use of the LearnGxP library
  • Creating and presenting learning strategy recommendations, including curriculum strategy based on LearnGxP offerings
  • Using experience to guide customers to a best-in-class solution combining learning content and technologies
  • Configuring and delivering solution demonstrations combining eLearning and LMS solutions
  • Providing solution-oriented responses to Requests for Proposals/Information (RFPs/RFIs)
  • Preparing and delivering presentations aligned to RFP/RFI responses
  • Leading Workshops, Conference Room Pilots (sandbox exercises) and Proof of Concepts
  • Configuring and managing customer trial accounts
  • Working with cross-functional team members to ensure customer success and deliver value
  • Support marketing activities such as recording videos, presenting webinars, editing website content, attending conferences, and more


Requirements
  • Willingness to travel 20-30%, primarily in the US (when possible)
  • Experience with GxP-specific eLearning development
  • Understanding of curriculum strategy and training program design
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Driven self-starter; able to work independently
  • Bachelor’s Degree


Nice to Have
  • Learning Management System experience
  • Experience in consulting or project implementation
  • Instructional Design Degree

Compensation
  • Base pay: $75,000 - $145,000
  • The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
