We’re looking for a Lead Brand Designer to join our Brand & Content team to shape how Iterable’s brand comes to life visually, across our website, advertising, events and more.

Our goal is to make Iterable the most recognizable and differentiated brands in our category and this person will play a critical part in that.

In this role, you will own and evolve Iterable’s brand identity system, set the visual direction for our marketing, and create high-impact creative that drives measurable results across paid, digital, and event channels. You’ll combine exceptional hands-on design craft with an eagerness to adopt AI tools that scale the impact of your designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Evolve Iterable’s brand design and systems

You’ll own how Iterable’s brand is expressed visually, the standards it is held to, and how it evolves as the company scales.

  • Improve Iterable's brand design guidelines and systems, defining how the brand is expressed across touchpoints, from color hierarchy, typography, and photography and illustration standards to how our product is represented in marketing..

  • Serve as the leader and advocate for Iterable’s brand, championing consistency across marketing and guiding how the brand extends across products, partners, and other market-facing applications.

  • Develop and maintain the templates and toolkits that enable consistent, on-brand execution across teams.

  • Set the visual direction for Iterable’s website with our web team, and partner with product marketing so creative reinforces our positioning and value story.

  • Own product imagery standards in marketing (UI mockups, demo data, and in-product screenshots) in partnership with product design.

  • Define and art-direct photography and illustration, with clear rules for when each imagery style is used and reduced reliance on stock.

  • Establish review standards and QA so creative production at scale stays accurate and on-brand.

  • Partner with product design so the brand shows up consistently between marketing and the product.

Lead creative for campaigns, advertising, and events

You’ll translate marketing objectives into creative that earns attention, communicates Iterable’s differentiation, and drives action.

  • Conceptualize, design, and oversee campaigns from ideation through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Lead and execute creative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns across paid social, digital display, web, and events.

  • Create event and trade show creative that brings the brand to life in person and generates assets that extend beyond the event itself.

  • Partner with sales and field marketing teams to design sales and executive presentations that communicate Iterable’s story with clarity and impact.

  • Partner closely with content marketing and copywriters to pair strong ideas, words, and visuals so that every piece of creative is as impactful as possible.

Drive measurable business impact through creative

You’ll use creative, and creative systems, as levers to drive business results.

  • Partner with demand generation to develop, test, and optimize creative for paid programs, connecting design decisions to outcomes such as engagement, lead quality, and pipeline.

  • Integrate creative strategy with performance data and analytics to understand what is working and inform the next iteration.

  • Establish testing approaches that build a durable understanding of which creative resonates with our target audiences.

  • Present creative strategy and results to marketing leadership and executive audiences, including what changed, why it matters, and what action comes next.

Scale creative impact through AI

You’ll make AI a meaningful part of how creative gets made, while holding a high bar for taste, craft, and originality.

  • Drive adoption of emerging technologies and AI tools to optimize creative operations and output.

  • Continuously experiment with new creative tools and production approaches, pushing them beyond their default use.

  • Develop a clear point of view on where AI improves creative work and where human judgment and craft must lead.

  • Use AI and templates to increase the speed, consistency, and volume of creative production without compromising quality.

  • Evaluate emerging tools and determine which are worth adopting, testing, or setting aside.

What we’re looking for:

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional brand and marketing design, with particular depth in digital campaign design, alongside event and presentation work.

  • 7-10 years of experience in brand design and creative strategy roles, including experience at a technology company.

  • You've got excellent examples of how you’ve developed and evolved brand guidelines, design standards, templates, and scalable creative systems.

  • Proven experience creating, optimizing, and scaling creative for paid social and digital display, and an ability to speak clearly to the business impact of your work.

  • Experience integrating creative strategy with performance data and analytics to inform design decisions.

  • Comfort presenting creative strategy and results to executive and C-suite audiences.

  • Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for AI design tools and experience incorporating them into creative workflows.

Bonus Points

  • Agency experience.

  • Experience in a B2B or B2B SaaS setting.

  • Motion design or video editing experience.

  • Experience with generative AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Runway.

  • Basic industry knowledge of marketing technology, customer engagement, or data platforms.

Personal Attributes

  • The right person is part designer, part business problem solver.

  • They have exceptional taste and craft, and are excited by tools that let them do more with both.

  • They hold a high creative bar and are comfortable deciding when work does not meet it.

  • They have a clear, informed point of view on what makes B2B brand and advertising creative effective.

  • They care about results and use data to sharpen their creative instincts, not replace them.

  • Highly adaptable and curious, quick to learn new tools and eager to push them further.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to build structure, process, and clarity where it doesn’t yet exist.

  • Collaborative and low-ego, energized by cross-functional work across content, product marketing, product design, demand generation, and events.

Success metrics

  • Demonstrated performance impact from campaign and paid creative, measured through engagement, lead quality, and contribution to pipeline.

  • A more consistent, elevated, and distinctive expression of the Iterable brand across every touchpoint, contributing to increased awareness and strengthened perception of Iterable compared to our top competitors.

  • A faster, more efficient creative operation, with AI tools and templates increasing output without sacrificing quality.
