About the Role:

In the role as an Key Account Manager you are responsible to drive sales (both sell-in and sell-out) for our Consumer Audio products (JBL and harman/kardon) at wholesale and outlet level in the Finnish and Baltic region (Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania). You will be responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with key clients, as well as develop our sales via other sales channels and customers in the region. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and aligning customer needs with company solutions. The successful candidates focus is driving excellence at the point of sale and to execute the objectives coming from the Sales Manager at store level for all segments in the region.

What You Will Do:

  • Full ownership of Finnish commercial performance, including revenue growth, margin, and forecast accuracy
  • Define and execute the commercial strategy aligned with Nordic priorities.
  • Monitor category performance across sell-in, sell out, inventory, and profitability.
  • Lead strategic account management and joint business planning with key customers and retail partners.
  • Be the trusted advisor and main point of contact for all commercial matters for Regional customers.
  • Design and implement the sales account plans for your region.
  • Analyze sales results, drive sales forecast accuracy and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Lead contract negotiations and renewals in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
  • Work in collaboration with Harman Supply Chain, Sales Support and Business Administration teams to manage, nurture and optimize existing account and distribution relationships alongside new business developments.
  • Work with the centralized supply chain team to monitor and manage customer stock levels.
  • Coordinate regional activities and share best practices across markets.
  • Monitor and report competitive trends and market developments and propose growth strategies.
  • Manages the merchandising and promotional support for the relevant outlets with support from the Harman marketing department.
  • Support in creating and executing sell-out-oriented marketing activities for the accounts.
  • Focus on optimized product mix (push sales/volume/brand).
  • Acting as the escalation point for the Sales Support team when dealing with order related topics.

What You Need to Be Successful:

  • At least 5 years of sales or business development experience within the Consumer Electronics industry or high-tech industry and/or at a relevant customer.
  • Fluent English, both written and oral is essential.
  • Affinity / understanding of the Finnish and Baltic CE markets, customers and its key players.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
  • Understanding of modern sales analytical & stock replenishment tools and proven proficiency in MS Office.

Bonus Point If You Have:

  • Familiarity with regional regulatory frameworks and market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data and trends.
