- Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales in rare diseases, specialty care, or hospital-based products.
- Strong existing relationships with HCPs and hospital stakeholders in the relevant country.
- Solid understanding of the local healthcare system, hospital decision-making processes, and reimbursement pathways.

Product Promotion- Promote the product portfolio to healthcare professionals, emphasizing clinical benefits and real-world evidence, within the approved licence.
- Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), conduct targeted visits, and deliver impactful, MLR-approved presentations.
- Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and achieve or exceed targets.
Territory & Account Management- Manage your dedicated country territory, with a focus on major hospitals, specialist networks, and key referral centers.
- Maintain current key account plans, and refresh targeting, segmentation, and stakeholder/KOL mapping each cycle.
- Build long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals, ensuring they have the support needed to optimize patient outcomes.
- Undertake joint field days with MSLs for top accounts, as appropriate.
Market & Technical Expertise- Maintain deep knowledge of the therapy area, competitor activities, and evolving treatment protocols.
- Provide product training and ongoing education to HCPs, ensuring safe and effective use.
Veeva CRM, Reporting & Compliance- Complete pre call and post call notes in Veeva CRM to the minimum standard, syncing daily and recording facts, not opinions, within the approved licence.
- Keep account and contact data accurate, book future appointments in Veeva, and record Time Off Territory in My Schedule as soon as it is confirmed.
- Capture and maintain current customer consent using approved methods before any digital or email engagement, and never record identifiable patient or special category data in free text.
- Recognise and report any adverse event or product complaint in line with the EPG pharmacovigilance SOP; CRM notes and approved emails are never the reporting route.
- Work within the applicable code of practice and local market rules at all times, keeping mandatory training, SOP acknowledgements, and spend, meetings and hospitality within policy and approved budget.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with local regulations, company policies, and ethical standards, raising concerns early with your manager or Compliance when unsure.
- To maintain GxP compliance regulations to ensure that the applicable standards and regulations are adhered at all times. This includes following of standard operating procedures and approved written documentation.
