About the role


As a Junior IT Support professional, you’ll support a fast-growing InsurTech environment where technology, data, and innovation play a central role. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone at the early stages of their IT career who is eager to build practical experience while supporting internal users and systems.


You’ll help ensure that day-to-day technology runs smoothly, supporting teams who build platforms that simplify complex insurance processes, automate workflows, and deliver data-driven insights across the insurance value chain.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line IT support to internal users, resolving hardware, software, and access-related issues.
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Support user account creation, access management, and basic security permissions.
  • Troubleshoot common operating system, application, and connectivity issues.
  • Escalate more complex technical problems to senior IT or external providers when required.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing equipment and system access.
  • Maintain basic IT documentation, guides, and support procedures.
  • Help ensure internal IT systems remain reliable, secure, and available.


Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, technical support, or a related role 
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and common workplace software.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting user issues and providing clear, friendly support to non-technical users.
  • Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in a technology-driven environment.


Nice to Have
  • Exposure to cloud-based tools or SaaS platforms.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g. Wi-Fi, VPNs).
  • Interest in technology, data, or AI-powered platforms.
  • Experience supporting users in regulated, financial, or insurance-related environments.
