About the Opportunity

We are onboarding Customer Service Associates for multiple roles across Domestic and International clientele. This is a pipeline-driven hiring model where candidates are assessed, trained, and endorsed to hiring HR teams based on performance and evaluation scores.

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Associate, you will manage customer interactions across voice, chat, or email channels while ensuring service quality aligned with global standards.

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Education: 12th Pass (Graduation pursuing or completed in any domain except Law)
  • Strong command over English + at least one local language
  • Good typing speed and computer proficiency
  • Familiarity with AI tools is expected
Work Model & Deployment
  • Hiring for Domestic & International clients
  • Work models include:
    • Onsite
    • Hybrid
    • Remote
Note (Remote Roles):
If a company does not provide a home office setup, candidates must ensure:
  • Dedicated, disturbance-free workspace
  • Reliable high-speed internet
Shift Timings
  • Must be open to 24x7 rotational shifts (including night shifts for international processes)
  • Final shift allocation will be communicated by HR based on role and client requirement
  • Candidates will receive advance notice (up to 2 weeks) for shift schedules
Documents Required (Mandatory for Onboarding)

Candidates must have the following documents ready:

Educational Documents:
  • Original marksheets and certificates from respective boards/institutions
    • Identity & Address Proof:
  • Valid government-issued ID
    • Current address proof 
  • For International Roles:
    • A valid Passport may be required. If not available at the time of selection, the candidate must obtain and submit a passport within 90 days of joining

Benefits

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary Band: No role offered will be below ₹2,40,000 CTC per annum
  • Shift Duration: 9 or 10 days hours a day 
  • Compensation will vary based on role, client, and interview performance
  • Incentives may be included as part of the CTC, depending on your evaluation and role allocation
  • Detailed breakdown will be explained by the Hiring HR team during the final stage
  • PF / ESIC benefits applicable as per CTC

Phase 1: CX25WW Screening
Phase 2: Hiring HR Interviews

Post-screening, shortlisted candidates must attend a Group Discussion session covering role expectations and interview readiness. 

Mandatory Requirement: Video Resume is compulsory (guidance will be provided in G.D)
