About the Opportunity
We are onboarding Customer Service Associates for multiple roles across Domestic and International clientele. This is a pipeline-driven hiring model where candidates are assessed, trained, and endorsed to hiring HR teams based on performance and evaluation scores.
Role Overview
As a Customer Service Associate, you will manage customer interactions across voice, chat, or email channels while ensuring service quality aligned with global standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via voice/chat/email

Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Education: 12th Pass (Graduation pursuing or completed in any domain except Law)
- Strong command over English + at least one local language
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency
- Familiarity with AI tools is expected

Shift Timings
- Must be open to 24x7 rotational shifts (including night shifts for international processes)
- Final shift allocation will be communicated by HR based on role and client requirement
- Candidates will receive advance notice (up to 2 weeks) for shift schedules

Benefits
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Band: No role offered will be below ₹2,40,000 CTC per annum
- Shift Duration: 9 or 10 days hours a day
- Compensation will vary based on role, client, and interview performance
- Incentives may be included as part of the CTC, depending on your evaluation and role allocation
- Detailed breakdown will be explained by the Hiring HR team during the final stage
