Role Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Associates to manage customer interactions across domestic and international processes. This is a non-technical role with a functional understanding of technology, where the focus is on delivering consistent, high-quality customer experience while adapting to evolving tools, workflows, and global client expectations.

You will be the front line of customer engagement—handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction across voice, chat, and email channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions via voice, chat, and email
  • Deliver first-contact resolution while maintaining quality and compliance standards
  • Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely solutions
  • Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex queries
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in CRM/tools
  • Adhere to defined SLAs, KPIs, and quality benchmarks
  • Stay updated with process changes, client requirements, and product knowledge
Eligibility Criteria
  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate (mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills in English (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in at least one Indian regional language (mandatory)
  • Willingness to work in 24x7 shift environment (rotational shifts based on process allocation)

Requirements

Technical Awareness (Non-Technical Role Expectation)

This is not a coding role. However, candidates should have basic conceptual clarity or willingness to learn:
  • Understanding of AI tools and their usage in workflows
  • Basic idea of prompting (Prompt Engineering fundamentals)
  • Awareness of:
    • SQL (what it is used for)
    • APIs (how systems communicate)
    • Payload (data exchange structure)
    • Master data in data exchange systems
    • Training will be provided, so relax but what matters is your ability and intent to learn. 
Work Schedule & Compensation
Shift: 9–10 hours (including breaks)
Work Mode: 24x7 rotational shifts
Weekly Offs: 2 days (70% rotational for international process and 30% rotational for domestic)
Salary Band: Minimum ₹3,20,000 CTC onwards (no role below this threshold)
Incentives: Performance-based incentives may be part of CTC (explained by HR)

Note (Remote Roles):
If a company does not provide a home office setup, candidates must ensure:
  • Dedicated, disturbance-free workspace
  • Reliable high-speed internet
Selection Process

Phase 1: CX25WW Screening
Phase 2: Hiring HR Interviews

Post-screening, shortlisted candidates must attend a Group Discussion session covering role expectations and interview readiness.

Mandatory Requirement: Video Resume is compulsory (guidance will be provided)

Documents Required (Mandatory for Onboarding)

Candidates must have the following documents ready:
Educational Documents: Original marksheets and certificates from respective boards/institutions
Identity & Address Proof: Valid government-issued ID and Current address proof
For International Roles: A valid Passport may be required. If not available at the time of selection, the candidate must obtain and submit a passport within 90 days of joining
