Junior Graphic Designer - Freelance

About the role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Junior Graphic Designer to help bring our visual identity to life across our brands. 

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality images, banners and other creatives that align with our brand guidelines. The assets you create will be used across various websites, social media platforms, and CRM campaigns.

What you'll do

• Create high-quality graphics for web pages (including infographics), social media profiles and posts, YouTube channels and video thumbnails, and email campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all tasks.
• Work closely with Product Owners and Content Editors to brainstorm ideas, refine briefs, apply feedback, and deliver polished and professional final designs.

What we're looking for

• Experience in Graphic Design with a shareable portfolio showcasing any previous work in website, social media and/or CRM projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other relevant design tools.
• Ability to follow briefs and adhere to brand guidelines, whilst maintaining consistency as well as creativity.
• Experience creating images for web pages, social media banners, video thumbnails, infographics, and email banners.
• Clear communication with Product Owners, Content Editors, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines consistently, and participate in brainstorming and brief refinement.
