Key Responsibilities:

What you'll do...

As a Senior Project Manager, Global Solution Design, you will lead the development of innovative and commercially viable contract logistics solutions for both new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading multiple large-scale solution design projects simultaneously across regions and industries
• Acting as the primary solution design lead in customer engagements throughout the bid and proposal process
• Analyzing customer requirements, operational data, and RFP documentation to develop robust and competitive solutions
• Designing end-to-end warehousing and supply chain solutions,
• Driving cross-functional collaboration across operations, finance, engineering, automation, IT, and commercial teams
• Developing and delivering compelling customer presentations and solution proposals
• Ensuring project delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards
• Supporting implementation planning, solution handover activities, and change management processes
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of DSV's global solution design methodologies, standards, and tools
• Sharing best practices, market insights, and innovative concepts across the Global Solution Design community

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded logistics professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys solving challenging supply chain problems.

Ideally, you bring:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in contract logistics solution design, warehouse engineering, or supply chain consulting
• Experience within third-party logistics (3PL), supply chain consulting, or large-scale logistics operations
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, network design, operational modelling, pricing strategies, and financial analysis
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-country and cross-functional projects
• Strong commercial acumen and experience developing customer pricing models
• Knowledge of warehouse automation and logistics technology solutions is highly desirable
• Fluency in English
• Excellent computer software skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VISIO and AutoCAD required.   Experience with MS Access, simulation software and/or network modeling software is a plus
• Experience with simulation or network modelling tools is considered an advantage.
