Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking clients regarding consumer electronics products, services, and related enquiries via phone, email, and live chat channels.

• Handle and resolve customer complaints, warranty claims, and after-sales queries in a professional, empathetic, and efficient manner.

Requirements
