Work with global business development, product and functional teams to assess opportunities, build commercial cases, support due diligence and negotiations, and translate agreed partnerships into commercial execution.
  • Market access and value strategy: Bring a strong understanding of differing reimbursement, funding, health technology assessment, pricing and procurement approaches to regional strategy. Partner with Market Access, health economics and local teams to identify access barriers, shape appropriate value propositions and sequence market entry and launches around viable adoption pathways.

Align launch sequencing with local approvals, access, supply and customer readiness. Build adoption plans across nuclear medicine, imaging centers, hospitals, referral networks and relevant care pathways, with execution led by sales teams.
  • Clinical Applications leadership: Own the regional Clinical Applications strategy, operating model and effectiveness. Align deployment with market needs and growth priorities, ensuring high-quality onboarding, on-label education, protocol and workflow support, and appropriate utilization growth in partnership with local commercial leaders.
  • Commercial enablement: Lead commercial training and PET enablement across the region. Equip Sales, Clinical Applications and sales leaders with role-based training, tools and coaching covering products, disease areas, customer value, workflows, referral pathways and compliant customer interactions. Adapt approaches to local market needs.
  • Customer and industry credibility: Build trusted relationships with senior customers, clinical leaders, professional societies and industry partners. Use these relationships and structured market intelligence to test the regional vision, anticipate competitive change and identify opportunities across diagnostic and therapeutic care pathways.
