Location: This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates located on the East Coast, in North Carolina, or in the Midwest. The successful candidate must be willing and able to travel up to 50 percent for client meetings and business needs.

Role Overview: DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Insurance Market Seller to expand our presence across the North American Life Insurance and Annuity and Property and Casualty market. This individual will identify white space, originate new opportunities, build senior executive relationships, work with advisors/analysts, and convert deep industry knowledge and established market connections into measurable growth.

The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of the Life and Annuity and/or Property & Casualty industry, including carrier operating models, distribution channels, policyholder servicing, and the technology priorities shaping the market. This role requires a proven enterprise seller who can develop opportunities from origination through close while coordinating the right DXC capabilities around the client’s business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a focused growth strategy for the North American Insurance market aligned with priority segments, offerings, and target clients.
• Identify white space and originate new opportunities through executive relationships, market intelligence, advisors, analysts, strategic partners, and Insurance industry networks.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior business and technology leaders across Insurance carriers.
• Translate carrier priorities into relevant business and technology discussions across policy administration, new business and underwriting, distribution, claims, customer servicing, applications, cloud, infrastructure, data, artificial intelligence, modernization, and managed services.
• Lead the complete sales cycle from origination and qualification through solution development, negotiation, and close.
• Shape and advance complex Life and Annuity pursuits in partnership with solutioning, delivery, offering, account, and industry leadership teams.
• Develop client business cases that connect DXC solutions to measurable outcomes, including speed to market, operating efficiency, distribution growth, policyholder experience, platform modernization, and cost reduction.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline, clear territory and account plans, accurate forecasting, and defined pursuit actions.
• Represent DXC within the Insurance community and strengthen relationships with carriers, prospects, advisors, analysts, partners, platform providers, and strategic vendors.
• Demonstrate clear accountability for Life and Annuity pipeline development, revenue growth, opportunity progression, and sales outcomes.
• Builds a credible, qualified, and actionable Life and Annuity growth pipeline.
• Creates new executive relationships and expands DXC access within priority Life and Annuity accounts.
• Originates opportunities that address carrier priorities and align with DXC capabilities, maturing them into significant pursuits.
• Leads disciplined sales cycles from origination through solution development and close.
• Converts Life and Annuity market insight, industry relationships, and client needs into sustainable revenue growth.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise technology services, consulting, or complex solution sales, including demonstrated experience selling into the Life Insurance and Annuity market.
• Demonstrated sales experience with North American Life Insurance and Annuity and/or Property & Casualty Insurance carriers.
• Strong understanding of Insurance products, operations, business priorities, distribution models, regulatory considerations, and industry dynamics.
• Proven success originating and closing complex, multimillion-dollar technology services, managed services, platform modernization, business process, or transformation opportunities within the insurance space.
• Established relationships with senior insurance executives and the credibility to engage business, operations, distribution, digital, and technology leaders at the C-suite level.
• Demonstrated ownership of a substantial enterprise sales quota, including measurable attainment and self-generated pipeline.
• Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and mobilize teams across sales, solutioning, delivery, offering, and industry leadership.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, commercial judgment, and relationship management skills.

Quota and Sales Expectations

• The successful candidate will be expected to carry an annual sales target currently anticipated at approximately $10 million or more in total contract value.
• Candidates should demonstrate prior ownership of a substantial enterprise sales quota, consistent attainment, self-generated pipeline, and experience originating and closing large, complex Life and Annuity technology services opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling to major North American Insurance carriers.
• Established relationships with Insurance industry advisors, analysts, ecosystem partners, platform providers, and strategic vendors.
• Experience selling large transformation programs, managed services, policy administration modernization, application modernization, cloud, infrastructure, data, artificial intelligence, digital distribution, or customer experience initiatives.
• Background with a global systems integrator, consulting firm, or major technology services provider.
• Experience facilitating executive and digital leadership workshops focused on Insurance business and technology priorities.
• Experience conducting client interviews, discovery sessions, and executive focus groups with Insurance business, operations, distribution, and technology leaders.
• Ability to develop compelling client business cases and value propositions.
• Experience working within a complex, global matrixed organization.
• Experience developing joint market strategies and pursuing Insurance opportunities with strategic technology and platform partners.
