Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Executive with a background in IT/technology sales to join our outbound sales team, focused on the UAE market. In this role, you will proactively reach out to UAE-based businesses, pitch Arcitech's suite of AI automation, software development, and managed IT services, and convert qualified leads into active sales pipelines. This is a full-time, remote position with daytime-to-evening hours (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST) aligned to UAE business hours and with strong overlap with the Dubai-based reporting manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to UAE-based B2B prospects to generate qualified leads and business opportunities.
- Pitch Arcitech's offerings — AI Automation, Software Development, Website & App Development, Managed IT Services, Enterprise Integration — compellingly.
- Identify decision-makers (CTO, CIO, VP Engineering, Operations Heads) and establish meaningful conversations.
- Qualify prospects using a structured framework (BANT/MEDDIC) and schedule discovery calls or demos for the senior sales team.
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs: call volume, connect rate, qualified meetings, pipeline generated.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot / Zoho CRM).
- Research target accounts and UAE market trends to personalize outreach.
- Provide feedback on market trends, objections, and competitive intelligence.
Required Qualifications
- 0 – 1 year in outbound inside sales/tele-calling (freshers welcome), preferably IT/tech/SaaS.
- Confidence calling UAE B2B clients and booking qualified meetings.
- Strong understanding of IT services — software development, web/app development, AI/ML, cloud, or managed services.
- Excellent verbal English communication — clear, neutral, persuasive.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday, remote.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience selling AI, automation, or enterprise tech solutions.
- Familiarity with Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience with Lemlist, Outreach, Salesloft.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
