Salary: $37,000 – $45,000 Base + Commission
Location: 100% Remote

Position Overview :
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for prospective and existing customers. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting GardaWorld's products and services with professionalism and confidence.
You will join a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation, supports professional growth, and recognizes success.
Key Responsibilities :
• Respond professionally and confidently to inbound customer inquiries via telephone and other communication channels.
• Promote and sell GardaWorld products and services while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
• Build positive relationships with customers through a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
• Accurately enter and maintain customer information and sales records.
• Develop a thorough understanding of products and services to effectively answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with internal departments and team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
• Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications :
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computers and common business software applications.
• Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively within a diverse, multigenerational team environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, on-call shifts, and statutory holidays as required.
