Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new customer relationships within state and local government, higher education, and K-12 organizations
• Engage decision-makers to understand organizational goals and technology needs
• Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities through outbound outreach and relationship development
• Collaborate with internal experts and vendor partners to deliver customer solutions
• Develop long-term customer relationships through consultative selling and exceptional service
• Manage daily activity, follow-up, and account planning in a structured sales environment

Compensation

• $19.25/hour base pay
• Uncapped commission
• Typical first-year earnings of $50,000-$60,000

• Commission guarantees during your first three years

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Strong work ethic and personal accountability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay organized and self-directed in a remote environment
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching

• Interest in building a career in consultative sales

Preferred:

• Experience in customer-facing roles
• Sales internship, sales training, or business development experience
• Exposure to technology, business, education, government, or customer service environments

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
